<description>&lt;p&gt;Awesome post. The flu&apos;d knocked me down before but never so bad as 2005 when I got walloped and was out of commission for a week. Since then I vowed never again and have never failed to take a vaccine needle every fall. The sore shoulder I suffer for a day or so is hella better than the sensation of your body wanting to cough up your feet.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
