You won't be able to prosecute Starbucks for giving out free coffee. One: They're not giving freebies to people who voted, they're giving freebies to people who SAY they voted. Therefore, they are technically rewarding people for SAYING they vote (not illegal) as opposed to rewarding people for voting (illegal) Second: The state of california will never get into a legal fight against a multinational corporation with billions of dollars... over free coffee. Not gonna happen. Enjoy your coffee!
