Ali: I don't quite understand why authentic pronunciation of Italian words would bother you. Maybe you should get out and see the world. It certainly opened my eyes and gave me a much greater appreciation of my own country.

Yeah i saw the video after i typed that... It still really bothers me though. But that doesn't keep me from watching...she just loves food so much and everything she makes looks AWESOME.

BingosDingo: Yes, she is petite and fine-boned. I sat behind her during the viewing and noticed her shoulders were very dainty. Not like I was staring at her or anything. I was innocently watching the show the entire time.

The thing is, Giada is really cute and pretty and she has a great show, but I really can't stand when she over-pronounces Italian foods. Just call it mozzarella, not MO-TZA-REY-LAH

Small stature! I was pretty sure she's on the shorter side of the scale, but it's hard to tell from a television image. All I know is she loves to cook, he recipes are very tasty, she projects a friendly and happy persona, and last but not least, she's really cute. I would never have guess, listening to her, that she's not a native English speaker as it's near flawless.
