The Creepiest Scientology Encounter Caught on Video

Over on Ron L Hubbard way at the large Scientology complex in East Hollywood, a videographer was filming on the sidewalk when he was all of the sudden surrounded by three alleged Scientologists with cameras who kept on cornering him. This follows city council action regarding the closure of the street on a weekly basis and a contentious video (below) taken on the street on July 4th, 1999.

Do Scientologists get that shit eating smirk after converting, or are shit eating smirkers a sign that they were born as Scientologists?

The rent-a-cops, specifically the bike ones, are morons. I commute down Fountain right past that intersection on a daily basis and the bike cops routinely run lights, swerve in front of cars, pedestrians, and other bikes, and yell at other people for apparently breaking laws I've never heard of.

    Fuck these guys.

Drink the koolaid and become their bitch. I can tolerate religion but they are pathetic. Other religions aren't as paranoid so what do they have to hide? I would appreciate it if the city of LA would keep a public street public and limit their unconditional permits they give them each weekend. Oh and event rent-a-cops (which they all are, regardless of the badge) are nothing but jerk-offs, let them call the real police next time.

I have to go vote at that place and it creeps me out. I can't be the only one. How are they allowed to have a polling place?

Amazed how people dont go to court more often. They don't own the street, it's a public street. When you're on public property, you can take pictures/film whatever you want. The police shouldn't be telling people to lower their cameras.

Yikes. Does that mean if I walk up that street pointing a watermelon at stuff, three encroaching drones will come out and point watermelons at me until I leave?

Lame kidding aside, such counter tactics are ridiculously infantile but decidedly sinister in their intent to provoke an assault that the Scientologists would most assuredly would prosecute fully.
