Man Beats Gay Man with 'Yes on 8' Lawn Sign

Man, people are literal in these post-9/11 days! Actual gay bashing w/ a Yes on 8 lawn sign. Hope the victim makes a full and speedy recovery. You suck, Joseph Strom!

the story told by the assailant is hilarious:

Storm, however, told officers after his Monday night arrest that he saw the victim hold up his middle finger toward the sign, then pull it out of the lawn and throw it in the street, Wilson said.

Storm said he didn't know what the sign said, but got angry because the other man was littering, which is why he assaulted him, Wilson added.

5 bucks says that next, he argues that the victim carved "gaf" on the right side of his own face.
