Sherman Oaks Fire Claims Life of 38-Year-Old Woman

sherman oaks fire kills oneAn early morning fire on the 15000 block of Otsego Street near Lemona Avenue in Sherman Oaks left one wheelchair bound woman dead inside her home. She was found in a converted garage where she was pronounced dead on the scene. The cause of the fire is unknown but investigators so far are saying it not suspicious. There was another house fire in Sherman Oaks early Monday evening that caused one woman to be transported to the hospital with smoke inhalation. That fire was in the hills on Bobstone Drive.
