i find it strange that no one in the media seems to be mentioning that this lowering of gas prices is COINCIDENTALLY happening just before the election... just as lower prices immediately preceded the last election, and the last one... anyone else see a pattern? I don't think its too much of a stretch to say that this is an attempt to influence voters in favor of the Republican ticket. (And they will likely go right back up again after the election)
