LEARNING*: Code Show presents a free seminar “Tech PR 101 with Nicole Jordan” at the Santa Monica Public Library’s Martin Luther King Jr. Auditorium. Doors open at 6:30 pm, lecture at 7, followed by a Q&A and networking until 9 pm. The after party is TBD.

WRESTLING: It’s tie for WWE Monday Night Raw tonight at 5:30 at the Honda Center in Anaheim. Expected on the wrastling schedule: Chris Jericho, Batista, Rey Mysterio, CM Punk, JBL Kane, Cryme Tyme, Santino Marella, Mickie James and Beth Phoenix. Tickets will set you back $21.50-$73.

PERFORMANCE:It’s battle of the church choirs tonight at the LA Memorial Sports Arena at 7:30 pm. One of 11 cities selected for the “How Sweet the Sound” competition, church choirs get a chance to compete in the national grand finale for a cash prize of up to $50,000. Gospel artists will join the competition as judges.

FILM:: The “Out of the Past: Film Restoration Today” series continues tonight at the James Bridges Theater at UCLA. The free screening tonight is the 1932 pre-Code melodrama Love Affair, a Humphrey Bogart flick where he’s an “aviator/inventor trying to build a new type of plane engine, who falls in love with a socialite, whose financial advisor is sleeping with the aviator’s sister, who is simultaneously trying to keep her pimp happy.” Did you get all that?
