Can someone please explain which way to vote on this so that east side neighborhoods arn't littered and polluted with more crap stucco 'low income' buildings! STOP BUILDING! ENOUGH ALREADY! Also, doesnt this prop have something in it that would change or erase alltogether current rent control laws? HELP on understanding this is needed.</p>
