Meet Elmo at The Americana Tomorrow

Abby-and-Elmo.jpg

Okay, who doesn't love Elmo? He'll be making a special appearance with his friend Abby Cadabby tomorrow at the Americana at Brand. Kevin Clash himself--the puppeteer that brought Elmo to fame--will be muppeteering the cutest little red monster for the event.

To celebrate the DVD release of "Abby in Wonderland", Abby and Elmo will host a fantastical “T” party for their friends. Featuring a performance and fun-filled activities, Sesame Street fans also won’t want to miss out on special treats, autographs, and photo opportunities with Abby and Elmo.

In "Abby in Wonderland", Abby Cadabby slides down the rabbit hole into a whimsical world in this Sesame version of the children’s classic, "Alice in Wonderland". Abby falls asleep and dreams about following a Red Rabbit (Elmo) down a rabbit hole and into a "wonderland", where she encounters quirky and whimsical characters including The Counterpillar (The Count), The Cheshire Cookie Cat (Cookie Monster) and Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum (Bert and Ernie). She also attends a silly “T” party presided over by a Mad Hatter (Grover). Will Abby find her missing magic wand and be able to get back to Sesame Street, or does the Grouch of Hearts (Oscar) have other plans? We can't wait to find out.

"Abby in Wonderland" is produced by Genius Products and Sesame Workshop, the non-profit organization behind Sesame Street.
