McCain to Pedestrians: 'I'm Everywhere'

Although Republican Presidential nominee John McCain has no plan for pedestrians that we know of, he definitely has some unintended subliminal messages around Los Angeles crosswalks thanks to a company that the city uses at crossings. LAist reader Jon Zack noticed these while at Highland and Franklin in Hollywood and exclaimed "say it ain't so!"

Update: Assistant General Manager at the Dept. of Transporation, John Fischer e-mails over answering the question if these are new or are people just starting to notice them. "McCain has been a supplier of traffic signal equipment for several years," he wrote.

OMG I saw those too. Blech. It left a bad taste in my mouth - and I figured I just had too much coffee.

That must be why I can never get across the street in time recently. He knows he already lost my vote and he's trying to KILL ME!
