3 Armed Robberies Occur in 40 Minutes Near UCLA

crimeTwo young men are suspected of robbing one person and attempting to rob two others near UCLA campus yesterday evening between 5:55 and 6:35 p.m. The first robbery attempt happened on Levering Avenue near Glenrock Avenue followed by a robbery on Strathmore Drive west of Landfair Avenue about 20 minutes later. At around 6:35 p.m., they attempted to rob someone on Glenrock Avenue north of Levering Avenue. The two males are estimated to be 18 and 24 years of age with at least one of them carrying a gun in his waistband.

Another reason UCLA is weak. At 'SC, they don't "attempt" robbery.

Los Angeles must be one of the easiest cities for thugs to rob, mug, and kill people in.

A large unarmed populace that put their faith in LAPD and Sherriff's Deputies to protect them vs. alot of organized gangs with weapons flowing in from south of the border.

I would be looking out if I was at UCLA this year.
