For the past two days, temperatures soared into the high 90s and low 100s in some parts of the city which in turn jacked up the need for air conditioning and other power consumption uses. And that seemed to freak the Department of Power and Water out who sent out a handful of press releases asking residents to conserve, conserve, conserve.
