TasteTV's Luxury Chocolate Salon Returns to L.A. Next Weekend

After a successful visit last year, TasteTV's Luxury Chocolate Salon is returning to the area next weekend. If you are a fan of chocolate, it's your chance to taste and experience the finest in artisan, gourmet, and premium chocolate in our great culinary metropolis.

The event promises chocolate tasting, demonstrations, chef and author talks, wine tasting and ongoing interviews by TasteTV's Chocolate Television program, all of which are covered in your admission, which is $17.50 ahead of time and $20 at the door. To add a competitive twist to the taste-a-palooza, the participants will once again be judged by a panel of tasters, including Nan Marchand (Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau), Amy Reiley (Cookbook Author), R Jason Middleton (LA.com) Sarah (Delicious Life blog), Sarah Feinbloom (filmmaker), Betty Hallock (The Los Angeles Times), Anne Smith (New School of Cooking), Clemence Gossett (Gourmandise Desserts), Cherie Mercer Twohy (Chez Cherie Cooking School), Carrie Kommers (LA Inc.), Lindsay William-Ross (LAist.com), Andrea Lowell (VH1- The Surreal Life), Linden Goh (Actor / Director), and Jenny Peters (Brentwood/Distinctive Living magazines).

It's an indulgent afternoon for attendees, as they stroll around the exhibit area and are able to sample the wares from many local chocolatiers and and wine purveyors. If you have a chocoholic on your holiday gift list, it's a great place to get a head start on your shopping, and also a great way to tap into confectioners and chocolate artisans who are doing their tasty work right here in Los Angeles. Support your local chocolate maker!
