<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;m with the WSJ Blog - been saying this for a while now. All she did was violate Myspace TOS (the deceased also violated TOS - as she was under the age requirement of 14) which is tantamount to picking up your cell phone and having a conversation during a movie in a theater: it&apos;s completely wrong, you&apos;re an asshole, you can be kicked out - but legally you&apos;ve done nothing wrong.
