I was visiting a friend&apos;s place out in Apple Valley and all the lush grass lawns (on the non-foreclosed homes anyway) looked so ridiculously out of place. Anyway, zero-scaping with native drought resistant plants allows for so much more creativity and diversity in a neighborhood. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
