Janet Jackson, the Queen of the 80's and early 90's pays a visit to L.A. Not quite as popular as she used to be, but still puts on a good show -- just ask Justin Timberlake. Tonight she hits the Staples Center in support of her latest release Discipline.

In its final few days, the 12th annual Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival showcases a great collection of Latin American films. Some worth checking out tonight include: Quien Soy Yo?, Os Desafinados and Days of Wrath.. Showtimes are at: 5 pm, 7:05 pm and 7:15 pm at the Spielberg, Lloyd E. Rigler and Chinese Mann theatres respectively.

Forest Lawn hosts In Search of Tiki, featuring a wide variety of Oceanic art in a range of styles from the traditional to new styles pushing the boundaries of the Tiki art style. The exhibit includes works by Shag, Mark Ryden, Anthony Ausgang, Art Katz, Atomikitty, R.K. Sloane and others. Through January 4th.
