<description>&lt;p&gt;i understand that a delicious new breakfast sandwich is always exciting, but i would like to recommend a time-tested classic: mcdonald&apos;s egg mcmuffin.  sure, it&apos;s part of the mcdonald&apos;s empire, but it is a) consistently delicious, b) filling, and c) healthier for you than a bagel with cream cheese (per the Today Show about two months ago).  eat on!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
