<description>&lt;p&gt;That is just so.... so sad.  Quite literally, the first 15 floors of the skyscraper east of the Aon center is nothing but parking spaces.  And it&apos;s still impossible to drive in and out of the lots because the driveways are so narrows. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
