Slice of Life LA: At the End of a Car Chase

Cultural critic and South LA blogger Jasmyne Cannick was at a gas station at Crenshaw and Adams in West Adams yesterday morning when a car chase came to an end. Being a blogger and all, she got it on videotape. That was, of course, after the first moments after it scared the bejesus out of her...

"Apparently, they had been chasing a suspect that had refused to pull over and I guess after there were six cars behind him, the suspect thought better and finally pulled over—but not before damn near giving me a heart attack and sending me running into the gas station’s mini mart for cover mumbling about “Not this morning please, I am too young to die."

Jeebus! Must every video of a police take down be accompanied by 'Bad effing boys?'

Awesome that the clerk let her in behind the counter to watch what was going on.

Kudos Jasmyne! When ever possible video the LAPD's arrests. It keeps them honest.

Point of reference.

Yes, every police take down video must use Bad Boys, it's their theme, lol.

Thanks for posting video!
