That's just the (very short) tunnel that takes the tracks under Topanga Canyon Blvd. The entrance to the Santa Susana Pass tunnel is a bit more than a mile further up the track Look again - the tracks reappear immediately to the west of Topanga, then turn southward, then westward again, disappear briefly into another short tunnel, reemerge, and then enter the main Santa Susana Pass tunnel. </p>
