Ford's Filling Station Owners Sign Downtown Lease

With each new restaurant and store, downtown Los Angeles continues to grow into a better and more exciting urban neighborhood. The latest is from Ben Ford of Ford's Filling Station in Culver City. "[They] just signed a lease for a nearly 5,000-foot space in the ground floor of the Rowan Lofts Building at 5th and Spring, confirmed by Director of Operations Emily Beretta," writes Rich Alossi at Angelenic. "The move ensures Downtowners will have a new gastropub to marvel over once build-out is complete."
