A mother who went shopping for about 20 minutes leaving her 2-year-old son locked in a black SUV was arrested yesterday afternoon in the Valley for child endangerment. It was around 100 degrees in Van Nuys at the time. Of all places the mother, Inga Lvouskaya, could have been shopping, she was at Babies R' Us.
