<description>&lt;p&gt;I work at the NBC universal building and all i can say is this will be a disaster.  There are accidents at this corner all the time from people barrelling down the hill from City Walk.  UNI city is the THE WORST for pedestrians.  There is no fucking way this will work without more serious traffic problems for UNI city.  I say, GO FOR IT you FUCKING MORNONS.

Hey, here is some news, we live in a mega city. Get out of the car. Stop whining about developments that will bring gridlock. As I recall, there is a subway stop in the area.
