This is garbage. There is no such thing as an "accidental discharge." Some moron pulled the trigger and the gun did what it's supposed to do. My vacuum cleaner has never accidentally cleaned my floor. There are only 2 rules to gun safety. 1) don't point at anything you don't want to destroy and 2) know your target and what's behind it. Even if you think the gun is empty, you follow those rules. It's not hard.
