LAist: Sunset Junction by Public Transit & Bike

I'm sorry I didn't see this before I headed to Sunset Junction this morning. In fact, I was at the bike valet all day from 930 until 6pm with three other guys, and more volunteers from the LACBC kept the valet going until closing. They were there Saturday as well. Dozens of bikes (over 70 by the time I left) had used it, so at least some people heard about it, although we heard from some other cyclists that a lot of the guards had no idea where we were (no matter how many times we told them/left signs at the gates). Oh well.

Actually walking from Vermont/Santa Monica station is shorter: vermont and santa monica, la, ca to hoover and santa monica, la, ca 0.4 mi sunset and vermont, la, ca to sunset and fountain, la, ca 0.5 mi is there even an entrance to the fest at Sunset & Fountain?

Definitely going to take advantage of the easy public transit even though it'll take twice as long to get there.
