That is an excellent idea! Be hard to do that in a city as spead out as L.A. but smaller or more compact vacation spots could do it easily. With no $80-$100 fill-ups to get there and get around would translate into more money the vacationers could spend enjoying themselves and revenue for the city that has such a program. It's a win, win, win!</p>
