Cali&apos;s a city in Colombia, home to the once-notorious Cali Cartel, erstwhile purveyors of some of the finest coke in Hollywood.

You&apos;ll confuse some people no end if you talk about &quot;goin&apos; to Cali&quot; when you mean &quot;California&quot;.

Here in California, anyway.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

That is an excellent idea! Be hard to do that in a city as spead out as L.A. but smaller or more compact vacation spots could do it easily. With no $80-$100 fill-ups to get there and get around would translate into more money the vacationers could spend enjoying themselves and revenue for the city that has such a program.
