<description>&lt;p&gt;thats funnny, Los Angeles cities give virtual carte blanc to any company to dig up city streets and have virtually no oversight to make sure they do a proper job repairing the street. or for that matter whether or not they have good reason to be digging in the first place.
now if its so easy to grant permits en mass to companies with horrible customer service/community relations like AT&amp;T. then why not the county&apos;s DOT.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
