I noticed the one at Westwood and Le Conte. I was surprised the City of LA woke up. I would have to second the notion of Westwood and Wilshire. There's always people running south across Wilshire to catch a Blue Bus or Metro Rapid.

Santa Monica Blvd and Western is in great need of a scramble-diagonal crosswalk. This particular intersection has high pedestrian usage almost around the clock and especially on the weekends. May I be randomly selected to win because I can guarantee that I'll enjoy every second of this show!

Hollywood and Vine. It's been said before, but yeah. Cafe Tacuba is the greatest band to come from Mexico , with Mana a close second. Re is like The Beatles 'White Album', in rock en espanol...... damn.

I think every street in Downtown Los Angeles would benefit from a scrambled crosswalk. Downtown is impossible to navigate during rush hour due to the large number of pedestrians that are trying to get from point a to point b. Plus, most other large cities in the world have scrambled crosswalks in their city centers.

the intersection at Hollywood and Sunset...and Virgil...and Hillhurst...and Sunset Dr... That clusterfuck of an intersection is a pain to cross, especially if you're trying to get from Ralph's to the Vista, or Blockbuster to the Autozone. But maybe we shouldn't hope too hard...as Cafe Tacuva says, "Cuando no deseo nada, tengo todo"....

La Brea and Santa Monica. Most major intersections have a period of time between when the hand signal stops flashing and the light actually turns red so that cars can turn. For whatever reason, this intersection, with extremely heavy pedestrian traffic, doesn't implement that.

Hoover and Jefferson, the north end of the USC campus. Tons of students on foot and bike cross there, and they all cross diagonally anyway but get huge jaywalking fines!

Wilshire and Western would be ideal, in my opinion. The foot traffic there is insane at times. I would also say Wilshire/Westwood (intersections at Wilshire seem to be the general consensus!) but the distance is a bit too much. I'll go with Wilshire and Western. It's an incredibly busy intersection.

Vermont / Wilshire should get a scrambled crosswalk. It would benefit the massive amount of pedestrians exciting the metro station and vehicles that are usually stuck waiting for those pedestrians to cross before being able to make a right turn.

Diagonal Crossing is definitely needed at Wilshire and Bundy. This isn't a particularly bad crossing, but it would make my morning walk to the bus easier.
