Good news for local bands these days. Spin.com honored The Airborne Toxic Event as the site's Artist Of The Day and The Submarines' song, "You, Me and The Bourgeoisie," off their Honeysuckle Weeks album is featured on the new iPhone3G commercial.

Just because the Waton Twins are performing doesn't mean Jenny Lewis will be there. They are musical artists of their own right.

You're right, Brianne. I had them originally listed on their own, but then saw another listing of them with Jenny. I switched it back. Thanks!

Honeysuckle Weeks, not Weeds. Awesome album too.

the Bloc Party show was amazing. Opening bands, not so much....
