Hey, Ryan Seacrest, Guess What? It's Shark Week!!!

stuff%20on%20my%20cat.jpgShark week started off with a bang yesterday! Sharks really know how to pull off a publicity stunt! If only sharks had fingers to dial the news outlets. Luckily, Ryan Seacrest was happy to blab about his recent shark attack in 4 feet of water 8 feet from the coast.

Yes, you heard me right. Ryan Seacrest was attacked by a shark. You are not dreaming. Seacrest told the dramatic (cough) tale yesterday on his KIIS FM radio show. He is quoted by US Magazine as saying, "I thought it was a stick..then I saw it swim! He took a bite, and he left." Rejected by a shark. Sad. The shark left a calling card behind; Seacrest found a tooth lodged in his toe, which was "like finding a splinter." He describes the shark as being the size of a cat, easily mistaken for a stick. LAist has obtained this exclusive photograph of the elusive stick-like Cat Shark. Another sighting.

Somehow Seacrest managed to destroy what should be manly bragging rights by whining like a bitch, "Asked by his radio co-host if anyone else got bit, Seacrest lamented: 'No, just me, of course! There were like 1,000 people in the ocean, and I get bit by the shark!'
