God damn, The Mars Volta suck.
But, I might go, just to see Cut Copy.
The Mae Shi!! Woot!
DataRock! Cut Copy! Mai Shi!
I believe I too will be in attendance. You can't spell October Concert in Los Angeles Downtown with R-O-S-S.
Well, damn it. That's the same night as the L.A. Burning Man Decompression party. So much for doubling up on my electro-glitch goodness in October.
mars volta will be a good show.
I saw Mara Volta at Sasquatch this year, and the flood of people running away from the stage, plugging their ears was hilarious.
Umm, I mean Mars Volta
Black Lips, Hercules and Love Affair; good grabs!
Gogol Bordello will steal the show.
Mars Volta put on a great show. Its just a shame that they dont care much for actual song writing anymore.
Bottom line is: Detour is a great great event. downtown la -- a bigger party than you could ever have even if you rent out the roof of the LA Times parking garage.
Why do they always have to schedule this on the same day as a USC home game? There's no way I could endure both on the same day. At least I got to see Cut Copy at Coachella.
