<description>&lt;p&gt;A lot of that is just supply and demand... it isn&apos;t the grocery chains&apos; fault.  The sad truth is that it is fucking outrageously expensive to eat healthy, and we are talking about low income areas here.

The problem is a fuck of a lot more fundamental than Ralph&apos;s or Von&apos;s merchandising strategies.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
