@chuckmartel I could not agree with you more! I had my phone in hand because I called the fire department and was trying to locate my neighbors. My phone kept buzzing and ringing, I couldn't understand why everyone was choosing that minute to send me emails and call me. When I had a minute to check, I found emails like "Are you okay? Twitter is blowing up about the fire at your place" so I checked twitter and there were so many people wanting to know if I was okay and twitter was the easiest way to let them all know at once. Thank you for all the tweets of support!

There is something very odd about the image of someone sitting outside of their burning apartment staring at their Blackberry "tweeting".
