How about shortening your life with a deep fried Snickers bar? "Oh yes," writes martotheizzo, the LAist Featured Photos photographer on Flickr who submitted this photo. "Oh no" is what we say. But we're game for a deep fried Twinkie. Mine as well try it at the Orange County Fair, which begins this week.

My friends and I tried some deep fried Red Vines at the LA Fair last year. I haven't eaten any since then...
