How people can just step over / around this woman is just beyond belief. If this were a dog or cat in distress people would be all fussing around it and pleading for someone to do something. To see someone clearly in distress (vomiting up blood and lying on the ground in an ER) and choose to do nothing blows my mind. ALL staff who saw her and did nothing should be fired. I can imagine no scenario that could make this excusable. Lets hope all get punished in a way that fits the crime.</p>
