Freaky story. -Dude was a dick - more interested in tracking the hit and run driver than sticking with his girl. -Hit and run chick adds to evidence as to why anyone caught driving while intoxicated should have their licenses taken away for two years on a first offense, permanently on a second, not to mention prison time. -Unsure if there's any evidence that TMZ or anyone else DIDN'T call 911... just because we don't see it, doesn't mean it didn't happen. Anyone on the curb could have called.
