With nine hours left in their contract, the TV Junkie is really wondering what will happen with the Screen Actors Guild situation. Our guess is that the SAG will blink first since somehow, even just discussing talent receiving additional percentages of DVD sales is simply off the table for producers.

Looks like TV is for old folks folks as the LA Biz Observed is highlighting a summary of a report from Broadcasting & Cable noting that the median age of viewers of the five networks has hit 50 with CBS leading the pack with 54. But hey, aren't those people the ones with the money? How about some programming for them (other than "Law & Order").

This week Joost is promoting their "Before They Were Stars" set of oldies but goodies: George Clooney in "The Facts of Life"; Jennifer Anniston in the unheard of sitcom "Muddling Through"; and Jennifer's old beau Bad Pitt in "Growing Pains".

Other than HBO's documentary of the week, Ganja Queen (the TV Junkie Pick O' The Night), you might be better off watching Joost because it's slim pickins. "Weeds" is new but all of late night TV is a repeat.
