<p>I wish this was in effect last Friday, as 4 women in Old town Pasadena, all in SUVs, were on cell phones w/their left hands while making dangerous turns and lane changes - completely oblivious to the safety of the pedestrians crossing the streets and the cars surrounding them - two of them had children in their ridiculous monstrous car.

Then again, maybe they would be just as bad without the cell phone. Either way, they either need a ticket or a single car accident in which they either make the better world a better place by leaving it, or figure out that "Hey! Maybe I should drive a little more carefully!"</p>
