Yups, everyday you'll get a microblog microquake report with a preparedness tip or a small bit of preparedness news. Not enough people think about it and it's all too often that I hear people think their Brita filter is suffice for their earthquake preparation.

Ok I'm all for earthquake preparedness. I have taken the LAFD's CERT class, my wife and I have a disaster plan in place, full pack of supplies and everything in our loft is strapped down. But are you seriously reporting on magnitude 1 earthquakes? Seriously? Have you taken a look at the USGS site and seen how often they happen? Every single day for that last million years. =]
