<description>&lt;p&gt;interesting.
Looking to improve property values for an area notoriously associated with Rocketdyne&apos;s toxic waste since 1956.

Rocketdyne has been at Warner Center since 1956, when it was known as the North American Aviation Co. Currently, about 3,200 of its 8,000 employees work at facilities there. The division designs, develops and produces engines and other parts for NASA, including the space station, the national aerospace plane and expendable launch vehicles.
