So you have enough money to cough up for an Iphone - about a 2 year old car (28k miles in pic) - but still in the stone age and have to lift the phone to ear?
I got the Parrot LS-3200 2 years ago - has picture caller ID and voice commands - and I mounted it right next to my stereo so I can see who's calling, and mounted my mic on my visor so my voice is clear.
With new cars coming w/bluetooth pre-installed or as an option - or about a million after-market kits (like mine, which line ins through stereo) no one should be driving around being with a phone to your head.
Hell, even those stupid bluetooth ear sets that make people look like an ass are $20 bucks now.
I have no problem w/people possibly getting tickets with driving with a phone to their ear - I'm tired making of peopel wide lane changes/turns because they can't turn the wheel properly with one hand, not using blinkers, and just being a retard in general because they're blocking their own peripheral vision with their phone/hand. They're incredibly unsafe always come to close to sideswiping other people ALL THE TIME AND THEY NEVER REALIZE IT. Especially annoying when potential victim would be ME.

go audi
i have the same view every day.
but i think they are a bit above what the actual temperature may be.
btw, it is not illegal to text or answer the phone while driving.
physically having a conversation is - they said it would be too hard to get the legislation passed had it been included. ironic.

You know, technically, a cop can pull you over for doing *anything* that is deemed "wreckless" while driving: shaving, putting on make-up, reading the paper and, yes, texting. They didn't have to write legislation for every stupid thing morons do while driving. The legistlated ban on hand-to-ear talking while driving is just a way to spell it out for those who don't already understand that they should concentrate on the road when behind the wheel. Technically, they shouldn't have had to write this law, either.
