If you thought Microsoft's foray into television had stopped with their relative failure in MSNBC, you were wrong - Microsoft acquired (for an undisclosed sum) interactive TV network Navic. Navic provides services to Comcast, Cox, Time Warner, and Charter Communications among others - so I guess what we're saying is, get ready for a blue screen of death when you try to watch TV.

Other than watching the amazing flop known as the Lakers perform so poorly, another point of interest was the amazing amount of foul (but celebratory) language coming from the Celtics bench that some poor sound guy in the control booth must have been sweating bullets in order to cover, and therefore, not have ABC sued into the ground by the FCC. Check that, the swearing wasn't amazing because I'm sure it happens at any bench during championship games, but the fact that the director of the show kept on shoving a boom mic into the mess as if that would magically stop the language. It went on for minutes until someone had the sense to stop taking a sound feed from that part of the court.

Tonight, other than the Pick O' The Night, and perhaps Steve Carell on the Daily Show, TV stinks.

10:00pm Top Chef BRAVO - Padma Lakshmi (yum) hosts as the chefs dish the dirt at the reunion special.

11:00pm The Daily Show With Jon Stewart COMEDYCENTRAL - Steve Carell!
