<description>&lt;p&gt;Legally I think it&apos;s gonna be an uphill battle to prove the elements based on Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.  Just sad that... there isn&apos;t any other way yet, to find justice in this case.  I don&apos;t even know if Megan Meier&apos;s family file a civil suit... will get anything.  Just another drag out long legal battle for ... nothing at the end most likely.
