Snoop Dogg's Lady Busted for DUI

Mrs. Dogg (aka Shante Broadus) has reportedly been arrested overnight in Fullerton for a DUI. According to cbs2.com (who got the scoop from this town's real news powerhouse, TMZ), the 32-year-old Broadus was stopped by police "near the area of Highland and Orangethorpe Avenues at about 12:15 a.m."

No information about what led authorities to pull over Broadus, however it has been made public that she "was given a citation and a notice to appear in court." It is also unclear what the rapper's wife of 11 years was doing in the Fullerton area, as the couple and their three children reside in Sherman Oaks, or if her vehicle had any other occupants.

Broadus' husband (nee Calvin Broadus) is no stranger to the long arm of the law; last March he was arrested following a performance of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on narcotics and weapons charges. In fact, his own international rap sheet is extensive, and includes his being banned from the UK indefinitely.
