i agree with the last post...pierce going 2-14 from the floor will not happen in game 4. the lakers better hope that someone not named kobe steps up thursday.

Kobe had a great game. I think he was alone at times on the court. KG/Pierce will usually outdo Odom/Gasol. LA got some Celtics luck last night.

Pierce had a bad game because Kobe guarded him. Lamar Odom had a terrible night, and so did Pau Gasol. If they had been average, the Lakers would have won by 15. And if "if" was a spliff, we'd all be high. We won.

That LA won game three was a small accomplishment. Pierce and KG happened to be very bad on the same night and Boston almost won anyway. If they had been average, it's 3-0 Boston.

Maybe it just goes without saying, but with the exception of his uncharacteristically bad free-throw shooting, Kobe was superhuman last night. 12-20 from the field against Boston's defense is no small accomplishment.

it wasn't so much that one team defeated the other, it was more like the celtics lost to the lakers. both played so terrible...
