<description>&lt;p&gt;Yes, Lindsay, we thought by careful examination of the menu we could figure out the Hell&apos;s Kitchen winner. But that person is not there yet and the menu is so similar to the other Gordon Ramsays, I doubt that the new chef had anything to do with it.

Remember last week when Jena was told her rolled steak would be on this restaurant&apos;s menu? It is not. Maybe the menu will change with the seasons and it will show up later.

<description>&lt;p&gt;There was a excellent article in the New Yorker about Ramsay, and the great perfectionist has had several big flops.  On his show he seems to have both an innate feeling for what will make a restaurant successful and a rough edged knack for getting owners and managers to face their problems and correct them.  So what&apos;s up with the London?  Is he trying to fail?  

Also, who knew ducks had tongues? Not me. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
