When you get pulled over, you roll down your window, put both of your hands on the top of the steering wheel, and sit quietly until you're told to do otherwise. Otherwise, you are a threat. Got a problem with that? Tell it to the judge. This from the Dealing with Law Enforcement in Southern California manual. You've got your copy, right?

if you were pulled over and had a fake prop in your car...wouldn't you hide it and then tell the officer that it was in your car (instead of holding it) so he wouldnt panic and shoot you?
