15th Annual Dyke March LA Happens Today!

Peter Pan, from Babeland

Are you ready, boots? Start walking!

The 15th Annual LA Dyke March kicks off at 5:30 pm today at the Vista Theater in Silverlake, just east of the Sunset/Hollywood junction. The walk is short, and the pace is mellow - bring your bikes, rollerskates, and fabulous costumes if you like. Whistles and noisemakers are strongly encouraged.

The post-party will be held at the Silverlake Triangle Park If the afterparty is anything like last year's, we are in for one hell of a good time. Make sure not to miss Patria Jacobs set at 7:30! Full set list after the jump!

It was yesterday night..

Love the vagina costume!

There are two Dyke Marches. Last night was WEHO's. This is Dyke March LA. You can never have too many dyke marches!

The person in costume is Peter Pan of Babes in Toyland, from last year's parade.

Yes, you can never have too many dyke marches!

to Elise and Zach -- ah, gotcha! didn't know there were 2.

I'm just glad someone is finally drawing attention to the looming threat of citywide flooding.
