all the haters need to go watch the first three movies again and realize that nostalgia is clouding their judgment. crystal skull is perfectly in the style of the first three and a more thrilling adventure than the last two. and if you couldn't recognize the camp, you are beyond help.

I'd have to disagree that all the Indy films have the same plot. Each is episodic, but the first two definitely had storylines. Last Crusade's storyline was thin and relied on Indy's banter with his dad, but Kingdom of the Crystal Skull seemed to ignore the concept of storyline altogether. It was a complete and utter mess, and will be remembered only for the box office gross.
